• Minimum Timeline: Campaigns must start at least 7 days before your event
• Minimum Budget: $25 minimum daily spend per platform
• Digital Ticket Sales: Must have online ticket sales capability
• Content Requirements: All promotional materials must be provided by client

Performance and Results

While we strive to deliver optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as:

• Specific number of ticket sales
• Particular return on investment
• Guaranteed event attendance
• Specific engagement metrics

Results may vary based on factors including event type, market conditions, competition, and external circumstances beyond our control.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tiranube Entertainment LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

By providing content to us (such as event information, images, or promotional materials), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TIRANUBE ENTERTAINMENT LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tiranube Entertainment LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Any content you provide to us

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and shall be governed by Florida law. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction.

Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm. Claims for intellectual property infringement may also be brought in court.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
